- Meetings where people shout at each other, regularly... so many unnecessary meetings. - Below industry pay. - No defined career paths. - No advancement prospects. - Poorly defined processes and interactions between teams, no consistency. - Terrible project planning and communication between groups. - Senior management exist only in a bubble and have no idea about what actually goes on in the company. - Senior management only take actions to further their own careers. - Software licensing company run by an accountant who has no idea about software or licensing. - Abysmal work life balance. - No drive for training staff. - Often times company money is wasted on frivolous or unnecessary travel, entertainment, & outsourcing. - A lot of bureaucracy.
