Tried to grow too fast, blew up in their face. Planning sucks, you do the same thing at least twice due to poor planning from Perth. Egotistical need to use home grown software hampers efficiency and effectiveness. Arrogant Management treats US employees like second class citizens. Layoffs in Houston's office, probably more to come if overworked people don't quit first
