Some of the people are genuinely fun and enjoyable, which helps to offset many other problems.

DVS seems to have a top-down "it's not my problem and I'm not here to help" mindset. The company culture emphasizes maintaining the status quo rather than growing and improving. Many processes are inefficient. Jobs farmed out to other divisions within the company are treated with utter lack of care. Vision and foresight are lacking. People who are diligent and work the hardest are rewarded with extra work and covering for those who aren't pulling their weight.
