D&W is a fun place to work and pays well

I had no negative feedback

* There is the opportunity to earn a very good salary in Sales if you’re willing to put the work in. * You get to meet a lot of really nice people in their own homes when selling and are encouraged by the company to be open and transparent when on sales appointments - which makes the job enjoyable when you’re not pressured into making a sale. * The ethos of this company is to put customers first and to make sure that they have the best experience possible when buying from DW Windows and as a sales rep I can be confident in the product and service that I’m selling and this is important to me and my integrity. * The company offers flexible working. * The managing director’s knowledge of the industry is second to none which is reassuring both for staff and customers.

Can be slightly unsociable hours (as eluded to in other reviews) but this works for me as I enjoy having a rest day in the week because I work on a Saturday.
