Very dishonest company. They were dishonest about the hours in the interview. They had me sign a suspicious contract in the beginning. I heard from other employees that they don't like to give out PTO. There is a reason they are based in NY and have employees in FL. That reason is that there are less protections for employees.

Dishonest, don't like to give PTO, you have to work 3 on call days per month.

We are very sorry to hear you had a negative experience, but we appreciate you leaving a review. We value feedback and make efforts to improve the working experience here. Since 2023 we have improved our PTO policy to provide a better work-life balance for everyone. In regards to the contract, we do require Confidentiality and Non-Solicitation Agreements as part of our onboarding to protect our proprietary information and business relationships. Hello, we believe you have the wrong company as we do not operate in Texas. While we do have very flexible PTO, we do have growth opportunities and pay is assessed annually!
