-Not equal pay to everyone doing the same job, that is not based on experience but your diversity. -Not a good work/life balance

Thank you for submitting a review! We are glad to hear you had a good experience building relationships and gaining experience. In regards to compensation, there are many things we consider when setting pay rates such as experience, education, tenure with the company, skills, and performance.

Hello, we believe you have the wrong company as we do not operate in Texas. While we do have very flexible PTO, we do have growth opportunities and pay is assessed annually!
