They have no loyalty to their employees. The first hint of a downturn and they will sack people. Before Christmas 2018, 10 employees were sacked, mainly project managers, then after Christmas (2 months later) they were asking employees on the bench if they knew any project managers that wanted a job. DWS is more like a sham employment scheme than a proper company. If you aren't highly skilled and highly employable, do not work for this company.
