DWS has a structured training framework which allows our staff to undertake practically any technology upskilling they wish to - which the company will not only pay for, but also pay a cash bonus to the individual on completion of that certification. DWS also has a very clear and achievable career progression scheme which clearly sets out how any staff member can progress their Consultant career to whatever heights they wish to take it.
