Constant layoffs, constant budget cuts. No raises. No bonuses. A lot of corporate functions have been pushed to "low cost jurisdictions", which means anything that needs to get done takes six months, no one takes ownership, no one is able to handle anything more complicated than copying a number from one schedule and paste it onto another schedule, tons of errors and rework. Benefits suck. I'm making significantly more than at my last position, but my take home is less because the company contributes so little towards medical.
