Worst issue is the psychological damage to your feelings of self worth and confidence due to the constant demeaning attitude of all management. So many people who've left tell you the healing starts the day you leave. Commission is either reduced through dodgy arguments or quota increases as soon as you sell a deal or just not paid with the attitude of sue me or leave. Graduates are hired, given very little of the formal training they need, very little guidance or mentoring and remain on the same salary they joined for after several years and struggle to get new roles as they haven't achieved enough. Skilled people from all departments - sales, pre-sales, delivery - are leaving in droves as the company's attitude is that they're easily replaced with graduates or "young professionals" which is laughable. The technology provided is out of date - laptops and mobile phones are 4+ years old and just don't work.

Company just born out of a merger of CSC and the old EDS spun off by HPE Seems to be a good match of size and capabilities A lot more business opportunities, a much larger sales and delivery capability Great people in the trenches, smart, talented, experienced Stock price through the roof for three years straight...but options no longer given out to employees Brilliant CTO

Same CEO as CSC, which means no raises or bonuses, constant cutting (value retention) Drive for more off-shoring, landed resources (Indians brought to America on bogus visa justifications, for six month intervals). Replacing people with software as fast as possible Replacing experienced people with inexperienced people as fast as possible Ridiculous sales goals set by people who have never sold anything in their lives
