I have seen lot of reviews of DXC recently. I really don't know why people are writing wrong when DXC management is really trying hard to take care of people. We must appreciate CEO Mike Salvino's effort. Let me list down some of the work DXC did and then decide by yourself: 1. Increased Medical Insurance limit to 10Lakh immediately after second wave started. This is one among the best in industry. DXC didn't charge anything for this to employees. 2. DXC started gear portal to get accesories delivered at our addresses. I got Jabra evolve 65 recently delivered at my home. 3 New annual appraisal cycle was declared in November 2020. Yes there had been no proper pay raise cycle since the inception of DXC. But now we will see pay hikes every year.This was declared by CEO Mike in townhall. Increment letters will be out this month. Will update in that too,once I get that. 4. Performance based variable was given to us in May 2021. I got Rating 2, with 1 being the best. The variable payout was 4.5% to me. Since I'm from Legacy CSC of DXC, In my CTC, it was 5%. May be rating 1 would have got 5%. Also I have learnt that Rating 3 has got nothing. This was disheartening. 5. It's been 8 months since I have joined DXC. Trust me people have faked a lot on Glassdoor about variable this year. Don't trust them please. 6. DXC is really doing good on business level. Please have a look into the FY2020-21 year profits and also the value of share has gone up. This shows DXC has started going on right track. Also they are getting rid of debt, which was killing this organisation. 7. I'll update part 2 of this post too once I get increment letter and some more insights. Stay tuned.

1. There had been rumours of firing again on Senior professional level bit I didn't see anyone being fired in my known. Really don't know about this. Can't comment on it. 2. I expect pay rise to be good. It shouldn't be like a peanut in the name of hike. 3. DXC still has bifercated employees on the payroll level i.e Legacy CSC and Legacy HPES i.e. EIT. Only CSC people have variable of 5% in CTC. EIT employees have complete fixed salary.

Company just born out of a merger of CSC and the old EDS spun off by HPE Seems to be a good match of size and capabilities A lot more business opportunities, a much larger sales and delivery capability Great people in the trenches, smart, talented, experienced Stock price through the roof for three years straight...but options no longer given out to employees Brilliant CTO

Same CEO as CSC, which means no raises or bonuses, constant cutting (value retention) Drive for more off-shoring, landed resources (Indians brought to America on bogus visa justifications, for six month intervals). Replacing people with software as fast as possible Replacing experienced people with inexperienced people as fast as possible Ridiculous sales goals set by people who have never sold anything in their lives
