Vantaggi
The only real pro was a few decent colleagues who made the chaos slightly bearable.
Svantaggi
- Constant layoffs — no job security whatsoever.
- Forget about growth — if you want to evolve, you pay out of your own pocket. They don’t invest a cent in employees.
- Management felt shady and unpredictable. Contracts ended without warning, with zero respect.
- Bringing good ideas was pointless — in my experience, management acted in a dictatorial way. Even when I was right and had valid arguments, the only option was to follow orders blindly. If you push back, you risk being laid off.
- Reviews were a joke — instead of recognizing your work, they always found something negative just to drag you down.
- Payroll was unreliable. I had to chase HR multiple times for payments, and my last paycheck came a month late.
- Offboarding was just as bad — they didn’t care. Equipment? My problem, not theirs.
- Overall: This felt like working for a random apartment business, not a serious company
