Lean maybe even to lean in some areas

Production changes day to day so that each day is a little different from the next. There is great camaraderie between co workers.

The company is overall a penny pinching company. There is a 3% annual raise allotted per employee. If management would like to give more than that to an individual, the extra percentage is taken from their coworker. The technical equipment is out of date as are their production techniques. There is little investment in technology and research. Management is difficult to work with and human resource are there to completely represent the company.
