If you have a sliver of doubt as to whether or not you can succeed in a hard nosed, in home sales environment, selling top of the line products for premium prices- don't even apply. Necessary to have good gas mileage on your car. Most of the leads are far away, and even though you get paid mileage, it's not enough to cover the gas prices in California usually. Would recommend having a little bit saved up before starting, because the first 90 days are almost always little to no money, but if you make it that long it's almost guaranteed you'll make more money here than anywhere else you would work.
