7yThank you for your feedback. In order for an employee to qualify for their sign-on bonus, they must still be working for DaBella at the time of the payment disbursement. Those that are not still employed do not qualify for a sign-on bonus as the stipulations are highlighted at the beginning of employment. Due to the recent fires in the PNW we have rolled out a new health and safety policy dedicated to removing field sales reps from areas deemed hazardous, whether that mean having our team service a region with far better air quality, or having our team stay home all together.
