Excessive amount of driving, high pressured sales, 80 hour work weeks with sometimes nothing to show for it. No care for employees time or money. They give you a “signing bonus” but really it doesn’t even cover the cost of the materials you have to buy. Spends more on gas money and care maintenance than you actually make.
