We understand that our sales reps work long hours and travel extensively, and we do our best to ensure that they are compensated fairly for their time and expenses. We will review our compensation policies and procedures to see if there are ways we can improve in this area. Additionally, we will continue to hold educational opportunities for our leadership teams to ensure they are properly equipped to support and train our sales reps.
