Everything, this company is a literal cult. It’s basic Narcissism, they brain wash people into thinking success is hard work and dedication to yourself and the company. And failure is also 100% your fault and lack of dedication and/or hardwork. So when I close three sales and the installation team screws up the install my commission gets cut? Explain how that is my lack of hard work or dedication lol. It’s a joke. The whole business is scamming people to buy overpriced construction. 45k for a roof that costs 25k for a professional roofing company! You are literally a scam artist working here. But of course they will call you a lazy, unmotivated, slacker if you have problems with unethical practices. This is a literal cult that brainwashed unskilled young people into thinking they are apart of some special team and successs or failure is all your fault. It’s all a complete scam. Don’t fall for it.
