The company is currently going through a major cultural shift. They recently moved HQ from PDX to ATX, loosing many of their corporate staff along the way. Despite a year of trying, they are failing to recruit and retain local talent. This is largely due to a lack of professionalism and skill in the management - an interesting hypocrisy considering the requirement of reading the Maxwell books.
