Enter your bank details very carefully and research options to see which payment type (Bank, paypal etc) has the lowest fees. They are usually understanding if you are sick and provide proof, but note that your salary will be deduced if you have to ask off your set schedule more than twice in one month, so choose your set schedule very, very carefully. Most of the time, they are fast with communication. No medical benefits are awarded like most contact jobs.
