      I have never worked at a company who supports the personal and professional growth of it's teammates so passionately. It offers fantastic opportunities for leadership development, clinical skills training and all of the management that I have worked with have been personally supportive of my career at DaVita.

      Compensation is lower than where I would like to see it. The benefits are adequate but not great.

      Management supports a work-life balance, hours are flexible, okay benefits. Good training opportunities and there is effort by management to support a good work culture. 6 weeks at 80% of pay Paternity/Maternity & Adoption leave. 401K with 6% matching. For 2 adults, we pay for Davita's Anthem BCBS healthcare plan and it is $350/month (4,700 deductible).

      Payscale isn't aggressive - 1% raise each year. You also may be asked to cover other clinics temporarily without fair compensation for the extra workload.
