Squeeze a nickle approach can be compromising for patients. Business model is critical care in kidney dialysis. Without the care...death ensues for individuals that have kidney failure. Company management varies at each clinic and region. Lack of consistent application of human resources rules makes it difficult on all teammates (employees). Pay is not in parity with the local median pay scales as defined by state department of labor for job description.
