Unlimited PTO is a nice benefit

This place is a mess. All of the employees who know the product have left, excluding the former CEO. The company has secured additional funding but as a result has a board that has taken the steering wheel. Culture is terrible, people are not helpful. Slacks take forever to be answered, customers hate the product, and now there is an abundance of people who can document and escalate problems and a shortage of people who can actually solve them.
