      At a local level there is resistance to change, poor man-management skills and tension to comply with prescribed product approach, food logistics being an example outside Germany, which results in a generalist approach and lack of structural depth to gain major clients.

      Toxic workplace environment, rude staff, cold, unfriendly, favoritism (there were really great staff too though.) Old, inefficient in house system (Othello (don't know if it has since changed))
