Worked here for 9yrs. Cheap pay for employees, but morale was good when it was a private company. Still cheap pay, lost bonus plan, and no morale after it was bought out by another company. They dropped a lot of talented employees and kept very few special ones when moving operations. If you choose not to learn you stay stagnant, if you work hard to learn new things then potential for growth is there - but you must take a lot of initiative on your own to grow. Management changes a lot and the structure didn't seem stable. There are very good managers but it depends which department.

Very low morale - everybody dreads going into work. A lot of great talent was lost and the ones they kept around worked twice as hard to fill in the gaps with no raise or bonus or any kind of incentive. management should focus on customers and product and not just product. You can have a decent product but it's nothing is there are barely any clients using it.
