24 hour shift, so don't have to work many shifts to build up hours. Nice staff and management. Free paid training.

Rate of pay could be higher. No evening premiums. Or unsocial hourly premium. Low premium on Sunday

Training provided was great .

No proper supervision meetings Unhealthy boundaries with young people in aftercare favourtism and prejudice and a toxic attitude toward young people trying to leave care and build there own life .Aftercare houses not been properly cleaned and young people not getting the full benefits and the safety they needed.
