Dagger embodies the "work hard, play hard" mentality and they put out work that captures attention and drives breakthrough.

Growth, Annual Reviews and Work Life Balance Agency as well as personal growth are things that Dagger has struggled with in the past and continues to struggle with. Throughout my time at the company, the focus on the personal growth and the feedback loop has become less and less of a priority. Work-Life balance has also suffered over the years - leading to burnout.
