Small teams with a large number of projects to complete sometimes means you will have to put in more than your typical 9 to 5.

Is it a perfect company? No. But it is a really good one. I worked there for 3 years. There is cake for birthdays, company ski trips consistent raises. The work environment was honestly great.

When I worked there they did not have 401k matching. My direct manager would not give me a steady stream of work to do, sometimes waiting to the end of the day to give me priority tasks.
