Treat employees well, small enough to know everyone but large enough to have benefits.

Not too much growth potential.

The people you work with are everything. They are some of the most amazing people.

They add way too much on your schedule and when you ask for a raise they deny you. When you come with a better idea they won't hear it. And they wonder why the newspaper is dying.
