      The people here are generally competent and great co-workers. The benefit package is above average. There is a good team feeling among the employees in spite of the lack of support from management. It's sort of an us vs. them mentality. We put out a great product in spite of management.

      Lousy pay. Management that is out of touch with its workforce. Lack of support from management.

      The people you work with are everything. They are some of the most amazing people.

      They add way too much on your schedule and when you ask for a raise they deny you. When you come with a better idea they won't hear it. And they wonder why the newspaper is dying.
