      Small group in each branch. Lots of busy work, but good opportunity to learn about forex and get hands on experience with bloomberg API. Company really wants to show they care for employees, cater CFA, Subway on occasion.

      Poor Leadership, poor work life balance. New CEO of the business is a terrible fit and is making many poor moves. Much of our top talent has left the business since she took over, increasing workload on all others which takes more time and effort, makes the workdays longer and more stressful and for no additional compensation.
