English is a 2nd language for a lot of the people here (not necessarily a negative but emails can be difficult to understand sometimes). A lot of the office is located in France, so after 2PM EST it's hard to get answers. Some people have been here awhile and naturally do things the way they have always been done. They embrace the change when it's presented to them, but sometimes it takes convincing
