We value all feedback but it’s important that comments about us are accurate.
Pay having been frozen for 10 years is not true.
Like most other UK businesses, we have challenges in funding across-the-board cost of living salary increases as often as we would like. What we have done over a number of years is constantly review our colleagues’ salaries and benefits to ensure we remain competitive in the marketplace.
We have lost some colleagues to competitors but what is really pleasing is that over 30 of those have subsequently re-joined the business.
Whilst we know we still have a lot to do, it shows that we must be doing many things well.
Whilst it is important for people to be able to express their opinions, I would strongly challenge your comment that the business is floundering.
We have many parts of our business in year-on-year organic growth; we continue to acquire businesses in order to strengthen our position; and recent news will demonstrate our continued focus in this important area for our growth.
I would also strongly challenge your view that reviews on this site are somehow fake. It is not our policy or practice to do this. We take all feedback as an opportunity to improve our business.
