- Incredibly toxic and abusive workplace culture. I had the misfortune of working here for over a decade. It gave me complex PTSD. I didn't realize the severity of daily harassment and abuse I was experiencing at the hands of my coworkers until I switched to a new company and saw 95% of my health problems disappear within the first 3 months. -Expect to be manipulated and taken advantage by management on the regular, they use employee competition as the only motivation technique and It Shows. What management models, employees mimic. Expect lots of two-faced backstabbing, smear campaigns, and thinly veiled micro-aggressions, in addition to blatant attacks. - Zero cultural diversity of the workforce = zero personal and professional growth. - Expect excessive overtime, being worked to the point of health deterioration, threats to be present onsite despite extremely hazardous weather conditions, and having to dumb down everything you communicate. -There's a revolving door of students willing to work for nothing so Dak doesn't care about or invest in its senior employees. There is no point in pursuing a future here.
