      Extremely wide range of salary increase amongst staff. Very unfair. Untrained HR person. Required to work overtime with no pay. No secretary day presents because one year they gave out plants and one person was allergic to plants so they scrapped secretary day gifts. If you suck up to your boss, then you have power over other assistants.

      IMO: If Lots of staff turnover Unorganized compared to other firms Accounting problems all the time Lawyers can be belittling at times and not accept when they are wrong The same issues are brought up in meetings and don’t seem to ever be resolved
