      Steady work, forty hours per week,some overtime .They offer insurance and naturally they won't help with retirement. Home owned company.

      Don;t care about the little guy, filthy work environment.No retirement help, you better be a real good hand if you expect raises. No cost of living raises.

They do listed even if they cannot at that time correct a specific situation. You are valued for your skills. They are understanding of outside conflicts and will work with you.

      Sometimes personality clashes get in the way of work. These are being worked on or around. Advancement from position to position is slow.
