This is NOT a growing company. Their business has dropped by half in the last year alone. They never pay their physicians timely, if at all. Upper management has no clue on how to provide the clients with any sort of quality reports. It takes months to get your expenses reimbursed so if you do ignore these reviews, at least don’t invest any of your own money. Absolutely no work-life balance. The rules change on a daily basis, depending on their mood that day. You will never get guidance on how to achieve your goals; only what the goals are. Their goal set will require you to work endless hours and are still next to impossible to reach. This is purposeful so they can document that you have a poor performance when they decide they want to replace you with family or friends. Or when they just decide they don’t like you. They WILL decide they don’t like you if you ask questions or push back with logical rationale. If you enjoy a boss who practices spontaneous, emotionally based, iron fisted decision making; this is the job for you. Aka: anyone who likes to be physically worn and mentally beat down to a pulp will love to join Dane Street’s “team”. It’s the perfect hostile, abusive, psychology damaging company I have ever worked for. I honestly wish all the reviewers could exchange contact information because I’m 100% we would have a valid class action lawsuit in hand.
