Vantaggi
People at store level are great. Sometimes store incentives are good.
Svantaggi
Essentially the whole experience of working under the management of Head Office has been shocking. They treat all employees like garbage unless you happen to be in the clique, then you get the best treatment. My store was constantly understaffed, leading the employees to get burnt out. We asked for help and resources and were continually ignored. There were months between us asking for resources and then receiving them, while being berated for not completing the tasks we couldn't physically complete BECAUSE we still hadn't received the necessary supplies. HO would constantly change their mind on promotions, making us change them WITH NO NOTICE and then getting annoyed when they weren't set up perfectly by the end of the day. They will not promote you unless you have a connection to someone higher up, even if you are qualified for the job. They promote their friends who are equally unqualified, leading They underpay workers and treat them appallingly. The KPIs are unachievable, and if a store does achieve them, they are shifted higher so they don't have to pay out as much. The whole organisation is essentially run on Google Sheets and Gmail, along with the most outdated POS I've ever seen. You are punished for tiny mistakes which are easy to make, considering the insanely complicated processes you have to use for simple tasks. A new system has been continually promised for the last few months and then never put in. They are incredibly fatphobic, and they originally pulled the curve range because they weren't selling enough of the sizes for them to 'justify' it. The only reason they brought it back was because of the backlash. So many people have quit due to being pushed too far, and people will continue to quit until the whole organisation is fixed.
