- No clear vision from CEO - Dysfunctional management leading to recurring counterproductive arguments in daily/weekly meetings - Condescending leadership with new Department Heads being completely ignorant of the market, the industry and the plan of the company as a whole - Constant pivots into increasingly worse ideas/paths - Very long work hours (70~90 on average), no work-life balance, Slack pings at all hours of day/night, working on Christmas/holidays and options as raises - Constant fear of being laid off regardless of your performance - No diversity

Leadership style is characterized by rudeness, emotional outbursts, and anger rather than constructive feedback. Frequent organizational changes and layoffs generate persistent instability and anxiety across teams. This fear-based culture stifles innovation and drives high turnover at all levels.
