- Direct team colleagues are great - Wages are decent (but don't expect any meaningful growth) - Remote work

- Upper management is unfit to run the company. Their only solution to any issue is layoffs every 3 months. After each layoff, they will smile, say everything is fine, and then continue on their current path with fewer employees and the same workload. That is of course until the next layoff when it doesn't work (again). - Severe brain drain. Most of the top-tier talent has already left. If you're not lucky enough to be laid off, you will quit due to burnout from being saddled with your previously laid-off colleagues' work. - Entirely reliant on external market forces. This company has no direction. Management is simply hoping another 2021 NFT bull run will happen again. - Toxic culture from the top down. Feedback will be dismissed unless you're a yes man.

CEO micromanages extensively but provides no actionable direction - constantly asserts your approach is wrong without offering viable alternatives or having clear answers himself. Leadership style is characterized by rudeness, emotional outbursts, and anger rather than constructive feedback. Frequent organizational changes and layoffs generate persistent instability and anxiety across teams. This fear-based culture stifles innovation and drives high turnover at all levels.
