Well Thoma Bravo owns the company so forget about making any money if you are in sales. Comp plans are very low, quota's unattainable, extreme micro management to the point you 30-40% of your time will be doing reports to justify your job. Sales Managers are very young, most managers I worked with would not cut it else where. Still no awareness of what Darktrace does, partners still do not want to work with us as they were burned by reps going direct for years. Bottom line, if you are a sales rep that has 5+ yrs of experience I would stay away, you will not make your number and the micro management is too much.
