no discipline for serious practice of architecture. Lack of standards for publication of drawings, documents, project manuals and specifications. Lack of leadership. Lack of design leadership or philosophy. Lack of typology expertise. No real push to technology, BIM (REVIT), no refinement of detail library. Lack of talent and no protocol to oversee or develop interns / staff. This is not a good place to practice architecture.
