It can get stressful. Teams are split in 3 different countries so the communication can get heavy. No bonuses, no shares even tough promised. CEO is very involved in day-to-day

- Great projects across 3 teams - Good salary with benefits such as private insurance . - There are teams working with machine learning, facial recognition , object detection and many other cool technologies - Team leaders are good at what they do. Company is really chill and casual atmosphere is present at all times. - Occasional trip to Switzerland to visit the HQ. Skiing in the winter, visiting the Lausanne in the Summer. It's great - Since before c0v1d the company had 2-3 days a week home office - Courses and additional education are given from the company

- Managing branch is sometimes over-demanding and communication with the same could be a problem. Managing director can be hard to deal with sometimes, depending on his mood. - Overall it's something that has been communicated and it's being worked on
