The National Operations Manager is probably the worst person I’ve ever known. Fired staff, didn’t pay commission, they were sued multiple times for unfair dismissal and found lost all cases to ex employees. Staff turnover was 100% literally 15 staff joined and within 12 months it’s a different 15. No training. Run remotely from Melbourne by the national operations manager who is a control freak micro manager.
