Then, despite promotions to significantly more responsibilities, Dassault will consider it a lateral move and avoid paying you like your peers (example: promoting from BDR to AE, you will maintain your BDR pay with all the same responsibilities.

Management is very unorganized due to constant shift in priorities. Be prepared to have a new manager assigned quarterly which will impact expectations for performance evaluations. This is a French company that manages business entities around the world. The US and French management are very disconnected. If you are assigned a manager who is based overseas, you will absolutely have a difficult time and minimal work life balance.
