      The owners are great—they are always mindful of your personal life and encourage personal days and time off. The atmosphere is always engaging and teamwork is always encouraged. The projects are always well vetted and are fun to work on. The office is probably the coolest one you’ll see in Hagerstown (seriously, a lot of thought was put into the layout and it facilitates a super creative atmosphere).

      There can be long hours at times, but to reiterate one of my pros, the owners always encourage personal time off to combat those long days.

      I have been with DatAchieve for 3 years now and can confidently say the owners value their employees growth and involvement in all aspects of the company. They have paid for me to get certifications in courses that expanded my knowledge, continue to give me creative freedom and express my ideas, and always sure that’s every employee is included in an upcoming project. They don’t just tell you they value you, they show it. The company values work-life balance. They encourage you to take time off and understand if you need to leave early or come in later. I only have positive things to say about DatAchieve which is why I look forward to come into work because I love the owners and our small team.
