Ops in U.K. offended many sponsors by being too rigid and lacks customer service. - Horrible HR process: centralized in UK, doesn't understand the culture / employee rights in other parts of the world. Did nothing effective to build a healthy working environment. - Horrifying culture dripping in from HQ: employees are allowed / encouraged to use inappropriate language and gesture. Yelling is common. Many huge egoistic personalities. - Finance is messy - Outlook and confidence in the market are diminishing. Failed to innovate and compete.
