Amazing people to work with

Sometimes there is some miscommunication

Cannot think of anything positive. "Training" is virtually non-existent. Questionable health benefits. Very little is done to acknowledge and retain well performing employees.

Management is confused, unethical and hypocritical and not on the same page with one another. The company focus is scattered, and ever shifting. Top management will say one thing to you and do another. Employee issues are not clearly addressed. They will get rid of the messenger, and overtly lie to you out of expediency. Input is unwelcome and one is treated with condescension. It's an immature clique-based, "Stepford Wife" culture where they play favorites. People are constantly leaving or getting fired, for capricious "reasons". However, nepotism is rampant: Practically all of management has a relative or friend on payroll, and those individuals are treated quite differently.
