Owner is totally checked out- only concerned with milking as much personal profit out of the company and providing a paycheck to his idiot family members (wife runs HR despite having zero background in HR) Brother is a clueless, insecure, puppy dog starved for validation and has the emotional maturity of a tween. Virtually no investment in training or advanced certifications. Refusal to bring on new products. Constantly referring to clients as stupid or idiots, when they complain about their equipment being down. Avoid this company at all cost.
