There is a lively social committee for the younger demographic. The office refurbishment is a positive. Social outings were paid for by the company. Company were at the early stages of putting in structured career progression pathways.

No payrise upon promotion, despite charging more to the clients. High attrition rate (approx. 25%), lots of people leaving. Replacing experienced people with Graduates doesn't cut it. Rumours of the company being up for sale doesn't help employee morale. Aggressive and borderline bullying behaviour is tolerated by senior leadership and arguably encouraged. Company has been built on Graduate hires and struggle to attract and keep experienced people. There doesn't seem to be alignment in senior leadership team and the direction isn't cascaded or filtered down through the organisation. Lots of self preservation going on.
